Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

Babanuj ships to all 50 U.S. states, Washington DC, and all U.S. military APO/FPO addresses.

2. Carriers & Service Levels

*Transit time begins once your order leaves our facility (see “Processing Time” below).

3. Order Processing Time

  • Cut-off: Orders placed by 12 PM CT Monday–Friday ship the same day.

  • After Hours / Weekends: Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day.

  • Warm-Weather Protection: During hotter months we add insulation and ice packs for chocolate and kunafa products at no extra charge.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate: $9.95 on orders under $75.

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied on merchandise subtotals of $75+ (after discounts, before tax).

  • Rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO are displayed at checkout and may vary.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse you’ll receive a shipping-confirmation email with a live tracking link. Updates can take up to 12 hours to appear after the label is created.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stalled Shipments: If tracking hasn’t updated for 3+ days, reach out and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

  • Damaged Items: Snap a photo of the exterior box and contents within 48 hours and email support@babanuj.com for a prompt replacement or refund.

8. Undeliverable / Incorrect Addresses

Customer-provided address errors that result in returns may incur a reship fee. Please double-check spellings, apartment numbers, and ZIP codes at checkout.

9. Heat-Sensitive Products

We monitor destination weather—if temperatures exceed 85 °F we may hold a shipment until Monday so it isn’t stranded over a weekend. You’ll be notified by email.

10. International Shipping

At this time we ship only within the United States. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international delivery becomes available.
